Pradnya begin her yogic journey at the age of six when she began her life-long study of classic Balinese dance. Her passion for dance has since expanded to modern Javanese & Balinese styles as well as contemporary Western. Dance led Pradnya to yoga, and she has since immersed herself in trainings throughout Bali and India. She is Yoga Alliance 500+ hours certified, and can teach Astanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Pranayama & Meditation. Pradnya also loves teaching children's yoga.

I Wayan Marcus Wistika – Vinyasa Flow |

I Wayan Marcus Wistika is Balinese, born in Tabanan in 1972.
His yogic journey started 12 years ago when he worked at a Yoga and Meditation
retreat in Tabanan. Wayan was in charge of all guest activities at the retreat.
He met several yoga teachers who inspired him to do more Yoga. Wayan taught at
the retreat for about 3 years.
In 2001, was given the chance to join a raw food yoga seminar for two weeks in
the Northern part of Bali. From then on, he kept teaching at the retreat until
The GHM Management hired him in 2003 to teach their guests daily until today.
GHM operates contemporary luxury hotels in Kuta and Ubud.
In 2006 Wayan attended the Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, where
he was instructed by several International yoga teachers in different styles,
and certified both from Vibrant Living Yoga and International Yoga Alliance.

Tantra Yoga is a practical science introduced in India some 7000 years ago by
Sadashiva, a great yogi who lived in The Himalayan Mountains. Shrii Shrii
Anandamurti introduced once again a complete Tantric system for the all-round
physical, mental and spiritual development of an individual. Tantra Yoga poses
balance the glandular secretions and the functions of the various organs in the
body. They help to alleviate physical and emotional disturbances. Typical of
Tantra yoga involves posture to increase flexibility, strength and balance.
During yoga class one move from pose to pose while coordinating the breath with
the body's movement. Focusing on the breath in this way can built great focus
and quiet the mind.

Linda Madani is a Spiritual Healer and Senior Yoga Teacher who was the
apprentice of well-known and respected Balinese shaman Tjokorda Rai for 10
years. She is a registered yoga teacher (E-R.Y.T. 500) with the internationally
recognized Yoga Alliance and was twice certified as a Yoga Therapist in India
and the USA. She teaches a powerful combination of vinyasa flow and mudra
pranala (energy flow/Balinese qi gong) to achieve strength, mental clarity,
relaxation, total presence and harmony.
She believes prana and energy movements are essential for healing mind, body
and spirit. In Balinese lontars, pra means first, prana power, nala inner fire
and pranala circulation. During Linda Madani's yoga class you will focus on
breathing while you connect to the energy of the earth and to the energy of the
