Staying in the Flow
Enhancing Immune System Functioning
with Systemic Yoga
By Ateeka – Founder of Systemic Yoga
Life offers us constant opportunities in which we can become more powerful or more vulnerable depending on our body-mind system’s response. As yoga practitioners, we can aim towards a practice that creates greater adaptability in our bio-system and how we perceive, respond and learn from the environment we live in. Healthy bio-systems, or what we more commonly refer to as our “body” have the inherent capacity for mutability and change. When our system’s capacity for response becomes compromised by cultural factors, repetition in movement and fixity of opinion, we become vulnerable to illness and disease.
A mutable, intelligent, fluid yoga practice can help to enhance our system’s capacity for flowing with change and opening to transformation.
WE ARE SYSTEMIC WHOLES
Living systems are integrated wholes whose properties cannot be reduced to those of smaller parts. Their essential or “systemic”, properties are properties of the whole. Today, we are shifting our view of the body as an isolated object living in the world, instead to an organism of intelligence in constant relationship with itself and with its environment. In this sense, reality is a mutable network of relationships.
When we perceive the body as this mutable, changeable expression of life force energy, we better understand how stress related illnesses and disorders can be attributed to the contraction of one’s biosystem against the flow of life and its loss of contact with natural cyclical rhythms. When we lose our contact with life’s rhythms, we decrease our natural capacity for healthy immune functioning.

Quantum Touch® Workshop
with Ria Fulton

November 20 - 21 at
10:00 ‘til 17:30
What is Quantum-Touch? Quantum-Touch is a powerful, yet easy to learn, energy healing modality.
Everyone has the innate ability to help ourselves and others. The Quantum-Touch techniques teach us how to focus and amplify life-force energy (known as “chi” in Chinese and “prana” in Sanskrit) by combining various breathing and body awareness exercises. When you learn to direct the life-force energy, the possibilities are truly extraordinary; our love has more impact than we can imagine.
Once you've learned to use Quantum-Touch, it will be yours for a lifetime. It’s wonderful to know that you have something of enormous value you can do for other people. You can use it for self-healing, or at a distance on loved ones who may be far away.
For registration and questions: Yoga@balispirit.com or email

Energyfield in Presence
with Saicho D. Jung

December 27 - 30
Saicho Works with groups using different energy-constellations, stillness, music and silence. She is one of the godparents of Gaia-Oasis in North-Bali.
Energywork is a process of transformation that happens when we tune into the natural energies of our bodies and everything around us. It is a direct experience different from the usual way of thinking or knowing something. The mind becomes still and the body fully relaxed and alive. A new and wider awareness grows, awakening levels within that were previously limited or closed off.
In the group you explore yourself – feeling, sensing, experiencing and letting go – transcending the personal levels and coming into a wider space that encompasses all.
One just needs to be open to new experience and perhaps a little curious to find the nature of the true self.
Fee for 4 days workshop is Rp. 1,200,000 including lunch on 28 – 30 December.
The seminar is non-profit and dedicated to Yayasan Bumi Sehat, a charitable
organisation for gentle birthing on Bali and Sumatra.

Join through yoga@balispirit.com or tel. +62-361-970-992
Details and inquiries: Saicho tel. +49 – 6074 / 93 165
