1. HRGA Staff

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law, with min. 1 year experience in HRGA, preferably in hospitality/services industry
  • Having knowledge in general HR area (Recruitment, Training & Development, Personnel, HRIS, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation)
  • Have a good communication skills and written/spoken in English
  • Have a good filling skills
  • Familiar in liaise with 3rd party regarding labor law and handling bureaucracy.
  • Having knowledge in office management
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including Office application & internet
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a cross cultural environment

2. Receptionist

Qualification:

  • Graduate from SMA/SMK or as equal, preferably having experience as receptionist
  • English proficiency
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good customer handling skill
  • Have basic administration and email communication
  • Able to handle multitasking job
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and initiative

3. WAITRESS/BARISTA

Qualification:

  • Graduate from SMA/SMK or as equal, preferably having experience as waitress/barista
  • English proficiency
  • Have a good sense of serving and remembering things
  • Quick, efficient, reliable & punctual
  • Clean & tidy appearance
  • Healty & fit
  • Able to work well under pressure

4. COST CONTROLLER

Requirement:

  1. Minimum D3 Accountancy with 2 years experience on F&B industry.
  2. Excellent computer skill, microsoft office application.
  3. Good understanding on Cost Control work flow
  4. Good understanding on Accountancy program, preferable Quickbooks.
  5. High integrity, good communication skills and a great team player

5. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirement:

  • Minimum D3 Accountancy with 2 years experience on contractor/project.
  • Good understanding on Accountancy program, preferable Quickbooks.
  • Excellent computer skill, microsoft office application.
  • High integrity, good communication skills and a great team player

6. ACCOUNTING TAX STAFF

Requirement:

  • Minimum D3 Accountancy with 2 years experienced in Accounting & Tax area.
  • Good knowledge on Indonesian Financial legislation and tax compliance.
  • Having Brevet A & B
  • Good understanding on Accountancy program, preferable Quickbooks.
  • Excellent computer skill, microsoft office application.
  • Familiar with E-SPT & E-Filling
  • High integrity, good communication skills and a great team player.

7. CASHIER

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 2 years experience as Cashier.
  • Good communicate in English (verbal & written)
  • Trustworthy, accurate, honest and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • High integrity, good communication skills and a great team player.

8. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Requirement:

  1. Diploma degree in Business Administration/Hospitality or other related discipline
  2. Having 1 years experience in managing general office matters, fresh graduate are welcome
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( written/spoken in English)
  4. Excellent computer knowledge, including Office application and internet
  5. Having good understanding of office administration.
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision, full initiative and enthusiastic

9. MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER

Requirement:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree on Communication/Marketing Management with 6 years experience
  2. Have a good business awareness
  3. Able to develop and implement marketing strategy
  4. Good writing, communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skill.
  5. Highly motivated and target oriented.
  6. Having abroad network is preferable
  7. Able to create promotional tools/publication for corporate products and events
  8. Able to lead the production of marketing/media publication.
  9. Good understanding on online product selling

10. DRIVER

Requirement:

  1. Graduate from SMU or as equal, preferably having experience as Driver for 2 years
  2. Have Driving License Type A.
  3. Good knowledge about car maintenance.
  4. Good customer handling skill.
  5. Able to speak English is a plus
  6. Friendly, enthusiastic, and initiative
